Registration is now open for the 2017 Expo.
We welcome participation from any business or organization that operates in line with our mission.
There are three ways to take part in the Expo:
- Platinum: By invitation only
- Gold: Includes first-tier table placement, free welcome bag inserts, immediate link and logo on Expo website, red cloth table covering
- Silver: Includes second-tier table placement, free welcome bag inserts, immediate link and logo on Expo website, red cloth table covering
- Exhibitor: Includes 6-foot-long exhibit table covered with a white tablecloth. Price varies based on size of business/organization.
- Welcome bag inserts: Provide literature or promotional item to be inserted into welcome bags.
- Sponsors: GOLD – $410, SILVER – $310
- Large company/organization (for profit and non profit; >$250,000 gross annual revenue) – $180
- Small for-profit company (<$250,000 gross annual revenue) – $135
- Small non-profit organization (<250,000 gross annual revenue) – $85
- Welcome bags – $30 (non-refundable)
Deadlines for participation are:
• September 1st for cancellations. No refunds for cancellations after this date.
• September 26th final deadline for sponsorship or exhibiting.
• September 15th for delivering welcome bag inserts to our drop-off location (if applicable).
